Our phatCRUST and Bronutz are able to travel without cooling components for a maximum of 7 days. For this reason, they are shipped ambient. Depending and the best shipping time and cost we may use either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Orders placed Monday-Thursday usually ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday ship the next 2 business days. An email with tracking information is sent once the package has left our facility.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
