The OG phatCRUST

The Original Garlic, Pretty Hot & Tempting Crust is our 10" keto, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly crust used primarily for pizzas but can be used for a big gyros, or massive taco, quesadillas, or whatever else you can dream up. 

The OG phatCRUST uses the power of almonds and the fantastic benefits of psyllium husk for rockstar fiber, we keep things honest and straightforward.

• Ingredietns: almond flour, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, psyllium husk, cream cheese, vinegar, baking powder
• 2g net grams of carbs per 1/2 crust 
• Grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free, diabetic-friendly, and keto-friendly.
• Parbaked and sealed in 2's and available to order as a (dozen or half dozen).
• Comes with parchment paper on the bottom of each crust.

Make your own OG phatCRUST Pizza

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and place phatCRUST on a pizza screen, or leave on parchment paper and place directly on oven rack or ontop of pizza pan. Bake phatCrust for 1-3 minutes remove and top as you would like and place back in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and or bubbly. It hardens when it cools slightly and will be "Pretty Hot And Tempting" so let it cool for 2 minutes before going crazy!

Want to make a gyros, BIG taco shell, or a quesadilla? Use a pan, nuke, or air fry your phatCRUST just enough to heat where it's bendable and form as you would like.
